HELP CENTRE
Everything about earning rewards, running campaigns and managing your account. Where something is not settled yet, it says so rather than guessing.
FOR MEMBERS
Getting started
Vouch pays everyday people cash for posting about brands, products and experiences they genuinely bought and like.
Four steps. Buy from a participating brand with your own money. Post about it on your own public Instagram or TikTok, in your own words, labelled as an ad. Submit the post and the receipt. We run six checks and pay the published rate into your bank account.
The rate is published before you join, on the members page, all eighteen combinations of follower band and format.
You need to be 17 or older, live in New Zealand, have a bank account in your own name, and have a public Instagram or TikTok of any size.
There is no follower minimum. The lowest band starts at zero and has a published rate like every other band.
Members aged 17 are a live legal question, not a settled policy. Any campaign for an age-restricted product would have to exclude them at the campaign level, and that position is on the list for the lawyer.
In the real product you submit the link to the live post plus a photo of the receipt. Both have to be there for the checks to run.
This part is not built in this demo. The submission flow, and whether it lives in a dashboard or a form, has not been designed yet.
You do not have to connect anything before you have seen what Vouch pays. That is deliberate: the rate card is public.
Connecting an account is how your follower band gets verified rather than self-declared. Right now the handle field on the members page is presentational and sends nothing.
Managing your account
You pick a band when you join and you can change it any time. It only decides which rate you are quoted.
What you are actually paid is the band your account is in when we verify your first post. If it is different from the one you picked, we pay the real one and tell you before anything else happens.
Not settled. A member with both an Instagram and a TikTok is an obvious case and it has not been decided whether that is one member with two accounts or two separate bands.
There is no account system in this demo, so there is nothing to delete.
In the real product this needs to be a real control, not an email request, and the privacy position around receipt images in particular needs a lawyer's read before launch.
Earning rewards
It depends on your follower band and the format. Six bands, three formats, eighteen published figures, from five dollars for a story in the smallest band to a hundred and fifty for a reel in the largest.
The whole table is on the members page and it is the same table a brand sees.
Twenty percent on top of the rate, for a post that does the job well.
It is shown separately and never added into the headline figure, so the number you are quoted is the number that is guaranteed and the bonus can only ever be upside. What exactly earns it is a question for Ryan and is not published yet.
The six checks are the whole list: a real receipt in your name, a live post on your own public account, a readable ad label, the product matching the receipt, your band matching your account, and the post staying up.
Whether you can fix and resubmit, and how many times, is not settled. The live site says there is no limit and that is not a commitment this demo will repeat until somebody confirms it.
Yes, every time, upfront and readable rather than buried in hashtags. Ad, advert or advertisement all work.
The Advertising Standards Authority's codes say every party to an ad is responsible for it being identifiable, and the Fair Trading Act makes a post that hides its commercial nature a misleading representation. It is check three and a post without it does not get paid.
Wallet and payouts
After the six checks pass, into the bank account in your own name.
The hold period between approval and payment has not been set, and neither has the payment rail. Both are real gaps and this page is not going to invent a number for either.
No. There is no joining fee and no cut of your rate. The platform fee comes out of the brand's wallet, not out of what you are paid.
Unresolved, and it needs an accountant rather than a guess. If Vouch turns out to have a withholding obligation as payer, a first payment could arrive smaller than the published rate.
That is why this site says no joining fee and no cut of your rate, which stay true either way, rather than a blanket promise it might not be able to keep.
An annual earnings statement has been discussed and is not built. Whether it exists, and in what form, is on the list for the accountant alongside the withholding question.
Policies and legal
You do. It is your content on your account. A brand can ask to reshare it, and that is a question rather than a condition of being paid. The exact wording sits with the lawyer.
It is used to verify the purchase. A receipt carries more than the one line that matters, so how long it is kept, who can see it and what is redacted all need a privacy position that has not been written yet.
Not written. The member terms, the brand terms and the privacy policy all need a New Zealand lawyer with advertising and Fair Trading Act experience, and shipping a placeholder version would be worse than shipping none.
FOR BRANDS
Running a campaign
You fund a wallet and set the budget. There is no subscription, no seat licence and no lock-in, and the platform fee comes out of the wallet rather than on top of it.
What a post costs is the published rate for that member's band and format. The whole card is public, so the arithmetic is yours to check.
Not set. It is one of the open questions and this page will not fill it with a plausible figure.
Every paid post is tied to a receipt in the poster's own name, matched against the product in the post. That is checks one and four, and a post failing either is not paid for and not charged to your wallet.
The member owns what they made. A reshare right is something Vouch asks them for rather than takes by default, and paid media use beyond a reshare is a separate conversation with wording the lawyer has not drafted yet.
It stays yours. The wallet funds posts that pass the checks, and unspent budget is not consumed by a platform fee.
Partly, and that is worth knowing rather than discovering. The Advertising Standards Authority's codes treat every party to an ad as responsible for it being identifiable. Vouch enforces the label as one of the six checks, which is what protects both sides.
DID NOT FIND IT?
A fair amount of this is genuinely unsettled. That is what a pre-launch product looks like, and this page would rather show you the gaps than paper over them.
